Give Back Initiative
The Community Give Back Initiative is a personal commitment by Edward Sergeant, Realtor® and owner of Edward S Property Sales, to support local nonprofit organizations and grassroots programs doing meaningful work across Southern New Mexico. For every closed real estate transaction, Edward contributes up to $500 of his earned commission to a client-selected organization—and may match an additional $250 if the client donates too.This is not a fundraising platform or charitable organization. It’s a way to transform business success into real local impact, directly and transparently.

What is the Initiative?

Edward donates $500 per home transaction*(exclusions apply)

You (the client) can choose any eligible nonprofit or community group

If you donate too, Edward will match your donation up to $250

That’s up to $1,250 in impact per home—no strings attached

You can stay anonymous or be recognized publicly
All donations are made directly through each organization’s portal using the reference code “Sergeant” for tracking.
Who Can Apply to Receive Support?
I'm accepting applications from organizations that are:

A registered 501(c)(3) or legally recognized community group

Actively serving the people of Las Cruces or surrounding areas

Transparent, inclusive, and mission-driven

Able to accept online donations and provide confirmation if needed
Please review our full TERMS OF AGREEMENT before submitting any form. Participation is voluntary and donations are not guaranteed for every transaction. Edward’s contributions are personal and made independently from his brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Mexico Properties.
